Hi Keith, yes you can mount our lithium batteries any way you want, it won’t affect performance or longevity. –Sam

The ‘space case’ fits perfectly when mounted on its ‘end’ in my current set-up. Is it possible to mount the battery in a vertical position i.e. on its ‘narrow end’? This will help me make better use of my packing space with my current set-up. Cheers. Foxy

1. Would I need 4 x batteries for camping as I’ll be out for about 10 days at a time and will have solar set up as well..
2. Is it actually worth setting up a 12/24 volt system or is it just a waste of money?
3. Can you please expand on the different types of lithium batteries please as I’d like to know more so I can make a more informed choice..
Thanks In Advance

Hi Derek, we’ve replied to you via email – it sounds like a fault with the battery. If it’s one of ours we will definitely replace it under warranty. –Sam

Hi Tarrym, we don’t recommend putting lithium batteries inside the engine bay. At best it will significantly reduce the service life of your batteries, and at worst it may cause them to fail. Some manufacturers claim it is ok for their lithium batteries, but we suggest you treat any such claims with a healthy degree of skepticism. –Sam

Had this issue since day 1, my solar panel (150w domestic lifepo4) keeps it charged during the day but I’ve never seen the battery alive when I wake. I’ve tried using lithium battery chargers but also had the same issue. Any thoughts?
