Answer: Delivery on all orders over $100 is free of charge within Australia, with the exception of the following remote postcodes: 0800-0999, 2898-2899, and 6215-6799. Any orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria are charged at our cost.

What is Transit Protection?

Answer: At checkout, you will have the option to take Transit Protection. For a small fee, Transit Protection guarantees the safety of your order in transit. Answer: We send all orders via reliable Australian freight companies such as Australia Post and Star Track, and incidences of lost or damaged items are very rare. However, please note that in some cases you may need to seek resolution through the courier company directly if you do not take the Transit Protection option at checkout and your goods are lost or damaged in transit.
