This LED boat light kit is a favourite of keen fisherman all over the world. Each LED module contains both blue and white LEDs, and you can easily switch between white, light cyan and medium blue light by pressing the button on the dimmer.
Catching crabs and fish at night is simple thanks to the bright white light which covers the whole boat, giving great light coverage and making it safe to rig up without blinding you with direct light. Switching to one of the two blue colours is great for driving the boat as they are easier on the eyes.
The kit comes with a dimmer switch incorporating a flush mount plate to allow the dimmer to be screwed into your dashboard. Double-sided tape on all light modules makes installation easy.
This light kit also has several other possible applications besides boats. It can be used under benchtops (e.g. in bars), under vehicles or at your campsite.

Good overall quality product. The double sided tape used on the LED lights are not the best quality, other than that it is easy to install and perfect for boat use.

We were looking for lights that were a step up from Ebay lights. so we would only have to deal with installation once. We were lucky to stumble upon Hard Korr, the lights are definitely marine grade and the kits can be configured a number of ways. When I called to ask a few questions Cameron was friendly, knowledgeable and I felt I could trust his advice in regard to which kit would work best for us. We like the flexibility of having blue for mood or white for rigging. They really do look fantastic and were an easy way to pimp up the boat. Our boat is 7m loa walkaround and one kit was definitely adequate for lighting from the stern past our steps but we’ve decided to get a second kit to get a bit more light by the trolling motor for night time fishing. I have just had this kit fitted to my Haines 542F – its enough to light both the front cabin and the deck area, I love the fact that you can easily switch from blue to white and also dim the lights. I didn’t realise the kit also came with a separate bright white LED strip and separate switch which we have installed at the entrance to our boat cabin. The lights look simply superb.
