Answer: When your order is completed and shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you haven’t received your email, please check your junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please click here to email us and request another copy.
Answer: Delivery on all orders over $100 is free of charge within Australia, with the exception of the following remote postcodes: 0800-0999, 2898-2899, and 6215-6799. Any orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria are charged at our cost.
Answer: At checkout, you will have the option to take Transit Protection. For a small fee, Transit Protection guarantees the safety of your order in transit. If any product in your order is lost or damaged after it leaves our warehouse, we will organise for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you. Click here to find out more.
Answer: We send all orders via reliable Australian freight companies such as Australia Post and Star Track, and incidences of lost or damaged items are very rare. In the event that loss or damage does occur, we will always do our best to assist where we can. However, please note that in some cases you may need to seek resolution through the courier company directly if you do not take the Transit Protection option at checkout and your goods are lost or damaged in transit.

Wrapped with the remote, means I can have the fixed switch mounted on one side of the canopy and the remote on the other plus can take it away if need. Can to test out the orange light mode up north with all the insects, see if less are attracted 🤔

Bought to replace a friend’s switch I had damaged after attaching my lead which I wired incorrectly.
Works very well. His hardkorr lights are installed in the ribs of a blowup awning so the manual switch is up high.
The remote means he doesn’t need to climb a ladder to operate the lights.

Good product, bought it for the novelty side of it, but it’s much easier having the remote inside your van\camper or with you so you can easily turn it on or off no matter where you are. Saves fumbling for the push buttons on the cord.
